Management company located in the Bronx is looking for a bookkeeper /assistant property manager. MUST know quickbooks. well spoken, computer literate individual to answer phones,assist with day to day operations, schedule repair appointments with tenants.Our fast growing company is seeking someone to fill in a full time position (40 hrs a week) as a Bookkeeper/Assistant Property Manager. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant attitude, who has good computer skills, with knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook/Word, savvy, punctual, detail oriented, and possess excellent communication and writing skills. We provide a great work environment, casual dress and professional demeanor.Real Estate knowledge a plus.Bilingual a plus.



The Office Assistant is responsible to perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to:



• Data entry(Quickbooks)

• Creating and modifying documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Assistant with Day to Day Operations

• Maintaining an organized filing system

• Light Phone Handling



Qualifications:



• 1-2 Years experience in an office environment

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and writing skills

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Quickbooks is a MUST.

• Ability to follow directions and accept constructive criticism.



Office hours of operation 9AM-5PM



Pay will be $10.00 per hour.
